New Developments

Where we're building next.

Mumbai skyline across the Bandra–Worli Sea Link

Gala's upcoming projects stay within the Bandra to Worli belt, with selective expansion into nearby areas when the land and the opportunity are right. We look at three things before committing to a site: the location, whether it suits the kind of buyer we build for, and whether we can deliver at our usual standard. We're in no hurry to grow for the sake of growing.

We announce a new development when there is something real to announce. Until then, the address goes on a short waitlist for buyers who have asked to hear from us first.

Commercial Portfolio

Built for living. Built for business, too.

Gala builds homes and commercial spaces. The same structure, the same consultants, the same inspection regime apply whether a floor is meant to be lived in or worked in. A workspace carries a test a developer cannot fake. It has to perform every working day, for the business that depends on it, and that is the standard we hold it to.

Our live projects in the corridor are residential, but commercial space sits alongside them, in what Gala has already delivered and what's in the pipeline. We choose commercial sites the same way we choose residential ones: for the location, for the people who will use the space, and for whether we can build it to our standard. Investment Opportunities

Homes that hold value, for the right reasons.

Most buyers buy a Gala home to live in. A meaningful share, including HNI and NRI buyers, buy with capital preservation and long-term appreciation in view. For both groups, the case is the same: Gala builds boutique real estate, a small, high-quality slate of homes in a corridor where supply is constrained and demand is mature.

Mumbai's Bandra to Worli stretch is one of the most consistent appreciation belts in the city. Land is scarce, infrastructure is mature, and the buyer profile is HNI-led. A Gala home here is a residential asset first, and a long-term hold second.

A scarce corridor.

The Bandra to Worli belt has limited developable land and limited quality supply. Gala builds inside this corridor, by choice.

A track record buyers can verify.

Every MahaRERA filing is public. Every possession date has been honoured.

A buyer profile that holds.

Our customers are end-users and HNI families who treat their investments as a legacy asset. The resident composition stays stable, which keeps the building stable.

For NRI buyers and investor enquiries, our team handles the diligence personally.
