Started with a simple idea - transparency.
was founded by Raj Gala, who had spent enough time in Mumbai's real estate market to know exactly what buyers value most in a developer: commitments that are kept, properties delivered on the date promised, and quality held to the same standard in the places you cannot see as the ones you can. Whether the buyer is looking for a home or a commercial space, the expectation is the same. There was room for a developer built entirely around those things, so that's what set out to be.
He believed a developer that simply did what it said it would do, on the date it said it would, would stand out in this market. That belief has held up across residences and offices alike.
